What’s your Quality Control System?

We have special Quality Supervisor to control each production line; All wiper will be tested before we deliver to you;Quality control is important to assure the prodcts quality, From raw materials to finished products, if there is no perfect quality control system, every link may cause product quality problems，Our quality inspection department is divided into three types of positions：IQC(Incoming quality control),FQC(Final quality control), OQC(Outgoing quality control). Purchasing department order the raw materials, and  IQC needs to conduct sampling inspections on raw materials. If the sampling inspection pass rate cannot meet the company’s standards, the entire batch of goods will be returned to the supplier，After the bulk production finished,FQC will conduct random inspections on the finished products. If the qualified rate of the random inspections does not meet the company’s standards, then a full inspection of the entire batch of products is required.When the goods is ready to delivery, OQC will conduct random inspections on products that will be shipped out soon. Quality is guaranteed, don’t have to worry about the quality.
